Overall Satisfaction with GiveSmart

We are using Givesmart as our software for an upcoming dinner event with a live and silent auction.

Givesmart has the mobile experience, which is what we wanted.
It's not particularly user friendly, but there are a lot of helpful instructional videos
I have never contacted support
Not very effectively, the design feature is very limited. We wish we could change the font on our website.
We will be using the remote technician

It seems like a good all-inclusive option for doing a fundraising event. I wouldn't use it unless there were a specific event, though, because it is not particularly user friendly
