Overall Satisfaction with Glassbox

We were looking for a tool that would collect data without the need for tagging and that can integrate with other tools we have in our CX stack. One of our main pain points was that we couldn't pinpoint the reason for abandonment and its effect on our revenue, so Glassbox was a considerable step up in visibility and insights.

Glassbox has the ability to adjust to the digital market needs. Their understanding of use cases and what companies care about in terms of improving their conversion rates is the main reason why we chose to go with Glassbox. Plus, the UI is easy to navigate through and is more intuitive than any other tool we evaluated.

I would say that from a product standpoint, we need to make sure that our different offerings aren't only engaging enough to attract users but also make the experience as user-needs-focused as possible, so one of the things Glassbox does really well is the segmentation of users and what each visitor cares about which helps us improve offering based on deep analysis of the behavior.
