Overall Satisfaction with Glassbox

Glassbox helps us understand how users experience our website and what we need to do in order to optimize their journey and help them get to where they want to be. One of the main uses for us is customizing the website in a way that will allow different users to find what they are looking for easily without having to go through multiple unnecessary stages.
