Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Gong is the best sales coaching tool I have used in my 20-plus-year sales career. It is especially helpful because we are in a 100% remote world. Pre-pandemic, while in the office, you would hear the one-sided conversations of your peers and would certainly take away best practices, but with Gong, you get to hear both sides of the conversation, which is really impactful and a great way for a sales rep to improve. Also, the ability to listen to yourself is a great way to improve your selling skills. Finally, as a sales manager, I can really gauge how a rep is doing by dissecting and picking apart a call, providing feedback, and setting the focus areas for future calls. It is an amazing tool to help drive sales rep improvement.

Very intuitive and easy-to-use tool.
We use it primarily to coach one call or two to three call closes, our business is very transactional.
