Gong helps me forecast more accurately, proactively help AEs on my team with pipeline management and deal strategy, identify critical topics to coach AEs on, and so much more.

Gong saves me so much time. Instead of having to dive into each opportunity inside of Salesforce, which can be slow and a lot of clicks, I love Gong because I can see everything on my team while easily breaking down into an individual AE and instantly get insight not just into the opportunity details but the actual conversations (calls, demos, emails).
Gong provides me with so much great ammo for coaching the team collectively and the reps individually. There's honestly too much data and analytics to really know where to start, but it's something I find tremendously useful and something I can always find and learn something new from. It's helpful to set benchmarks on stats, and then see where each AE falls and use that to coach.
Gong was the tool I knew I wanted when we brought it to Grin. A big reason why was relationships with people at Gong made through conferences. Another big reason was Chris Orlob's Linkedin posts throughout 2017 and 2018 that gave me so much insight and benefit. Gong's thought leadership was a big reason why we didn't bother to look anywhere else.

I use Gong daily and more than any other sales tool, including Salesforce. A few scenarios I use Gong in are daily monitoring of my team's opportunities in the Deal Tab, filtering Deal Tab into individual AE for 1:1s and pipeline reviews, and using Gong to listen and leave feedback on specific demos or calls.
