Overall Satisfaction with Gong
We have Gong automatically record our calls with prospects and customers. It's invaluable when needing to go back and listen to calls to identify action items and get a better understanding of what the prospect/customer was trying to articulate or share out internally or externally. As part of the CS team, Gong has allowed me to understand what our top-performing CSMs are saying to our customers.

- Integration from Gong to SFDC could be better (i.e., embedded links to Gong calls within SFDC)
- Calendar feature could use some improvement
- Organizes calls by client/opportunity
- Identifies key topics within the call
Gong is especially useful for staying completely engaged in a call and allowing users to not worry about capturing notes.
We never shopped at any other products beside Gong because Gong is clearly the best in the game.
