Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Gong is a fantastic tool to rewatch past calls to understand the metrics of how engaged the customer is and how you are performing. I use it every day to learn from my peers, learn from my mistakes, and to collect any additional data I might have missed while on the call. It's easy to use and easy to navigate for specific calls. 10/10 from me.

Gong is very easy to use. I can navigate easily, and find the calls that I'm looking for in the top search bar. I am able to track my own metrics on my profile as well as the calls I have been on or I have been a part of.
I completely agree. This is a very valuable tool for both New sellers and even senior sellers. It's important to understand the metrics of calls and it will give you a very clear insight as to how a deal is going and what their pain points are. Are they engaged or are they passive? All-important metrics for predicting a deal.
I have not used any other product like Gong before

Gong is great for learning from peers about how they take calls. The metrics provide you with a detailed oriented call breakdown between screen time and the percentage of each person's time talking. It's easy to navigate and easy to pick up where you left off on a call. The transcript is also a great tool to use to save dialogue from a further breakdown.
