Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Gong is an extremely important tool for my organization, as we use it as a way to constantly review our work and grow in our role. Gong provides my team with an easy and effective way to review calls for not only ourselves but our team members. This aids in our ability to grow in our own role by building off of the best practices of others within our team. This has been especially handy given that we work remotely and don't have the ability to listen to the calls of colleagues happening a desk or two away. Gong also provides great metrics for better understanding how to optimize our calls. Information regarding patience levels, engagement times, and much more help us adjust our calls to create a better experience for our clients. The system is also user friendly and easy to navigate. I highly recommend this platform!

I feel that the usability is very good with Gong. It's easy to navigate through recorded calls, to jump from topic to topic, and to review metrics. Everything is very user friendly and it's efficient. I personally love to look at my metrics for each call and Gong always gives recommendations and goals to achieve regarding these metrics.
I feel that Gong has given extremely accurate and actionable insights. When they give feedback on calls, they also give recommendations that we can build off of. These recommendations are actionable and constantly drive me to be more mindful of certain things like patience levels and engagement.

I believe that anyone completing client facing calls would benefit from using Gong. The system is extremely intuitive and easy to use, making for a streamlined experience in call reviews. The metrics provided after each call give insight on ways to improve as well, which is something every worker in a client facing role should aim for. I believe that self reflection and staying interconnected to the rest of your team is made easier than ever with this tool.
