Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Gong is awesome! Gong helps to focus on the conversations I have with my clients and enables me to review these meetings to really understand what has been said and think about the best ways/strategies to move our conversations forward. Therefore it helps me to close bigger deals and also faster.

It's great, but it's also a lot. There a so many features which make it hard to really understand and use everything the tool has to offer. I would recommend introducing walkthroughs in which Gong can explain how all different features work so users can get the most out of the tool.
With the AI insights, Gong definitely helps me to learn more about my customers and close deals faster.

It is great for virtual meetings and enables you to focus on everything that has been said during the call and allows you to review the call when the meeting is over. This helps you to really understand the pain points of your clients. Less suited, of course, for F2F meetings and phone calls.
