Overall Satisfaction with Gong

We use Gong to record our Sales and customer success include implementation process meetings, get insights about those meetings and sync them to other applications such as Salesforce.com and more.
Sales users can see their opportunity pipeline and AI insights about them

Overall the insights we see coming from Gong are good and insightful
we got a challenge making our users, especially managers to go over the calls, score them, coach the users and validate those insights
We see potentially Increased deal closure rates Gong can help sales teams identify the key sales behaviors that lead to success. This information can then be used to coach and train salespeople on how to replicate those behaviors, which can lead to increased deal closure rates.
Gong knows for each company we prospect how many meetings we had, when and which people where on these calls, some of the insights are about if we're prospecting with the right people based on their roles/titles. we see it as valuable information
We build trackers in Gong to highlight specific key words being said in meetings like competitor names. we can easily see on each type of prospect who are the main competitors we're dealing with. thats one example of trends we use in Gong

Sales coaching and training- Gong can be used to identify and analyze the sales behaviors that lead to success, and to then coach and train salespeople on how to replicate those behaviors.
Sales forecasting and pipeline management- Gong can be used to track the progress of deals through the sales pipeline, and to identify deals that are at risk of being lost. This information can then be used to forecast sales and to make decisions about how to allocate resources.
If the company need is solely for recoding and store meetings this product is an overkill and overpriced.
