Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io

This is being used for onboarding new BDRs. They can listen to calls from experienced BDRs to get a feel for what to say on the phone. Leadership also uses it to listen to calls and filter through the best ones and provide feedback. It's great because of the recording power and searching capability!

  • Feedback provider.
  • Integration with CRM.
  • Real-time uploading of calls.
  • Notification in CRM that half of call won't be recorded due to state regulations.
  • Onboarding is quicker.
  • Continuous learning is engaging.
I have used Medallia for projects in the past and the speech analytics are much better with Gong. Medallia does integrate well with an NPS system, however, Gong is best for call recording, feedback and onboarding.

I think overall it is well suited but it can get better with more integrations. I think that I tend to see calls not pop up as quickly, however, the recordings are always crisp and clean and have great speech analytics.
