Gong is vital to allowing managers to review calls and address issues in real-time and to identify trends across accounts to make adjustments to align with our company's overall mission statement.
- Identifies which user is speaking, tools to skip to next speaker easily.
- Easy scoring tools for managers to review calls and provide feedback to users.
- Auto-generated text transcripts which can be searched to identify key points in a conversation.
- Recorded call quality can sometimes be poor. (Difficult to understand.)
- Gong is an effective feedback tool for users to review and improve performance.
