We love Gong! It's the perfect solution for coaching sales reps, reviewing customer calls, or sharing calls with customers. The analysis and reports help us jump to critical conversations and coach our team members through the call.

Gong provides a more intuitive view of calls and easy way for our customers to skip to specific parts of the calls. Because of this, our large team can filter and jump to the most important calls without feeling like we've wasted time searching and listening to calls that do not need intervention.
They are on top of all customer support inquiries and have been a joy to work with. We get regular check-ins from our account manager and feel like support is a top focus from the Gong team.
