Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
[Gong.io] is used in our organization to listen to sales reps calls, used for training purposes, and deal monitoring. It is specifically used by the sales organization. The business problems that it addresses is it allows us to pin point exactly where a rep is excelling and where there can be room for improvement. This tool is used in our sales org in order to continuously learn, onboard reps, and for training and sharing purposes with our customers as well. This is perfect for us reps to share with our prospects who would need to share a call recording with other individuals in their organization. This allows for an improvement in communication and shortening the deal cycle as well.
Pros
- Pinpoints breakdown of calls
- Shareable functionality
- Comment section to leave and reply to feedback
Cons
- I don't have any suggestions as I think this tool is great and I have listened to the most calls within my entire sales organization and I am a rep and not a manager.
- Recording aspect
- Deal cycle breakdown
- Huge positive impact on my self growth as a sales rep
- Improves line of communication between manager and rep
[Gong.io] is great compared to SalesLoft because it allows for that video recording aspect. Also there are rarely any issues with the recordings after they are done being processed. Something I have noticed with SalesLoft is the recordings will be fuzzy and it does not allow for the breakdown of what was covered on a call and the ratio between how long a rep has talked versus the prospect. These are a few of the many reasons why [Gong.io] is the best out there.
