Overall Satisfaction with Gong.io
We use it to record calls and coach new salespeople. Gong.io provides feedback on pauses, question-asking, and other metrics to help salespeople improve. Also serves as a resource when calls are full of intel and I cannot take enough notes. It helps us remain fast-paced. All of Sales usees it!
