Overall Satisfaction with GoodData
GoodData is used to pull the customer's information from our system to analyze their own data through the development of insights, helping their company visualize and make decisions based on what the data is saying. It is very flexible, and my coworker and I have been able to develop practically any insight we want to show our clients what their data could be telling them. Appreciate the ability to make any metric we desire and, therefore, allow more flexibility within our product. The clients are pleased with the additional insight into their data.
GoodData helps our EHS customers visualize the data they've been adding to our system and gives them insights into how their company is dealing with their EHS compliance.
- Flexible charting/graphing of client data.
- Ease in developing dashboards and visualizations.
- Evergreen data from client website.
- Embedded dashboards on clients' sites need to be viewable to all employees of the client.
- Text color and size in Dashboards needs to be editable.
- Code seems to be very complicated for our developers to follow.
- Clients love the flexibility of the system to get the visuals they need for reporting.
- Our company doesn't need to rewrite code to update reports; we can just generate them in GD.
After purchasing GD, it took over a year to get connected to our data, which was very long. We really needed more developers to be working with this connection, more than we anticipated.
I really appreciate the copying of dashboards and insights so a new dashboard can be customized for a client very quickly and efficiently by making minor edits and giving the client what they are looking for.
