Becoming the Better Business: Made Easy!
Overall Satisfaction with Google Forms
Using Google Forms has been a strong player in my office for the past two years. When trying to get a grasp on how my work is perceived by my peers and employees, I will send out forms regarding what changes should be made to the way things are run and give insight to what is being done well. This is mainly done in my personal department of residential real estate, tackling the problem of sharing your opinion without being judged. The ability to be anonymous is key with this software.
Pros
- Allows the users/ responders to be anonymous
- Easy organization of responses from peers
- Has several options in which an individual can answer surveys
Cons
- Could be more features in the aesthetic design, can be dull looking
- Must have a google account to initiate
- When there are bullet point responses, the responder cannot leave a personal comment
- Allowed increased input on teaching style in the office
- Shown weak areas and strong points
- Allowed for more changes to occur quickly within the office, quick feedback
Another software similar to Google Forms is Survey Junkie. While the two both aid in obtaining responses from peers, Google Forms allows for a more specific type of survey that doesn't misguide the user into answering in a manner that is inaccurate to one's feelings. Google Forms is also superior to the opposing software because of its organization and the ability to manage it within your personal email. It can be kept with all of one's daily platforms including Google Drive, Google Docs, etc.
