Overall Satisfaction with Google Vault
I am using Google Vault at my current organization. Since we are investment advisors, hence daily we need to deal with lots of data. Vault is helping me organize and save all types of data securely. It makes my life easy at the time of audits as data searching is very much easy.
- Searching data is very easy, even you can use complex filters to find what you are looking for.
- Exporting only required set of data is easy.
- Since Vault is by default included with Google Workspace hence cost effective.
- Exporting Chats in different format can be improvised
- Sometimes mail exporting takes too much time even for small number of emails.
- Help documents are very boring instead can provide short videos on various help/understanding topics.
- Data retrieving even from archived emails
- No memory space restrictions
- Easy for Google workforce administrator to manage.
- Audits data requirement can be fulfilled efficiently.
- Less chance of loosing any important data
- No extra cost.
