Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect
I use GoTo Connect for my work phone with an IP phone, and also on my desktop to accept and make calls relating to my work at the Home Builders Association.

- GoTo Connect is easy to download to mobile devices with excellent call quality
- GoTo Connect saves my business money.
- If GoTo Connect IP phones had a larger screen that would be great.
- GoTo Connect could make switching between calls much easier.
- GoTo Connect could use separate buttons to switch between busy and unavailable
- This system incorporated video conferencing and phone service into one provider, saving at least $1,000 annually for my business.
- The ability to visually see the number of calls coming in and going out, and whom the call involved, over time shows the utilization of our business from the community and beyond.
- The ease of use has saved me at least 20 hours in the last year that I would have spent as compared to my prior IP phone service.
If needed (I rarely have to contact my IT person for assistance with this system as compared to prior service with Mitel) my IT person can easily remote in to quickly solve any issues, and with the prior system, there were times he had to physically come in to see what is going on, which cost us more money. This is a money and time-saving system in many respects.
GoTo Connect goes above and beyond when comparing ease of use, cost savings, and time needed to get "going" with this IP system.
