Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

Go to connect is the primary form of voice and meeting communication in our company.
  • Soft phone software is excellent.
  • Meeting integration with outlook is excellent.
  • Screen sharing is very effective.
  • User interface can be confusing. First time use made it hard to find a meeting room.
  • The soft phone application shows indications of missed calls when the log has been cleared.
  • GoTo Connect has definitely saved us money. We were able to deploy the phone to all our stores and keep everyone on the same network. We can call other stores via extension.
The transition from our previous phone service to GoTo Connect was pleasant and very smooth. The engineer was able to answer all our questions in a timely manner.
Administrating the system has been really great. Some things in the user interface are not as clear as we thought, but we were able to get questions answered by engineers.

Our customer support center uses GoTo Connect softphones. This is perfect as they do not need to have a physical phone as they are doing all their work on the pc already.
