Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
We use GoToMeeting for internal and external meetings. It helps collaboration easier and I like the fact it is seamless integration with our mail client. This makes it easier to set up meetings. The challenges we face when meetings are outside our network and clients are unable to log in. This has made us look outside and go for other clients offering this functionality.
- Seamless integration with mail clients
- No restrictions on number of people
- Internal meetings are very easy
- Within the same organization all should be allowed to start the meeting
- Outside the organization, firewall restrictions should be easier
- Browser meeting should be as easy as the app one
- For internal meetings we use GoToMeeting for its integration with our mail client. Saves time
- Easy to collaborate
GoTo Connect is a great product with an All in one solution. We are evaluating it in our organization and hope to roll it out
