Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

We have go to meeting set up with people inside and outside of our company. We use it frequently for meetings and calls with engineers and sales meetings for peope who can not attend in person. We also use Microsoft Teams internally with employees but not everyone outside of the company is using that platform so we use this instead.

We use Microsoft Teams internally and while that does allow internal teams to collaborate and chat, it has less functionality overall. Teams is not as user friendly and doesn't have things like a whiteboard or a good Q&A for meetings. Teams works well but we use Go To with outside clients as it is easier to transfer information and have informative discussions about our engineering designs.

It works well for sharing information with people outside of our company which is our primary use. We are a regional company with offices in about 8 states and serve many different customers within those areas. This is a tool we can use to have a quick meeting with any of those customers or our equiment partners. It's simple to just send out a link to join the meeting.
