Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
This technology has made it possible to keep effective and organized communication within the company. It has been able to securely share privacy documents which only people in our organization have access to which limits access for external users resulting in greater security and trust. Creating groups makes it east to communicate across teams and sub-teams from different departments which is the the best and most helpful feature of this tool. The possibility to arrange meeting with clients who are in remote locations as and when we need to speak to them is another feature which has been quite helpful to our organization.
- Allows huge number of people around the world to talk remotely by voice and video
- Interface is one of the best with allows for easy creation of meetings and scheduling calls
- During the meeting the voice quality is crystal clear
- taking lot of bandwidth in terms of data during the meeting
- nothing much other I can think of, it is one of the best if not the best
- The tool only has positive impact on our organization has it was within our budget
- Compared to other tools this is cheap and very reliable
I used Microsoft Teams in my previous organization, the only diffrence i find between both is 1. GoTo Meeting is very cheap compared to MS teams. 2. Online Version of GoTo Meeting is fantastic and a lot lot reliable in comparison to Teams. 3. I feel the Audio and Video quality is better in GoTo Meeting
