Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Mainly used for virtual meetings where assignments are dealt with by peers and teachers. GoTo Meeting has been very good in administering online meetings and we have benefited from this especially since covid. GoTo Meeting helps us keep in touch with our teachers to fulfill assignments and teach us to maintain our quota for the year.

It is easy to use
It has a version for smart phones and tablets
It allows for users to record meetings
The audio and video quality is good

There are not many options in the chat tools
Call quality decreases sometimes but its uncommon

GoTo is best suited in a work environment especially since the world is evolving working from home may be more prominent so this software helps for people to continue doing as much as if they were actually at work. If Goto plans to eventually become more accessible for casual calls amongst friends and family then a lot would be needed but as of right now its ok.
