Overall Satisfaction with Grasshopper
Grasshopper is being used throughout the organization. I use it to provide a professional phone number as well as identify why someone is calling based on the extension they select.
- Answers my business phone for me.
- Provides the opportunity to have a welcome greeting, extensions.
- Takes voicemail messages for me.
- It would be nice to be able to see who is calling. Right now the call shows up as my Grasshopper number.
- Better set up of number of rings before going to voicemail. Seems I struggle with setting up the phone to ring on my cell long enough to determine if I should answer it.
- Presenting my business in a more professional light has been valuable for my business overall.
I switched because Grasshopper was more reasonably priced and the functionality was better. It is also easier to use and the customer service is better. Overall, the experience with Grasshopper has been great. And I like how I can access my calls and voicemails on my android phone. It makes dealing with calls more timely.
