Overall Satisfaction with Greenhouse
We use Greenhouse primarily for recruiting and job boards. Before Greenhouse, we were using an antiquated system with limited connectivity and analytics. With Greenhouse - we are able to modernize our recruiting process, connect with additional CRMs and use their out-of-the-box analytics reports to make decisions on job postings.

- Decreased time to hire immensely! This used to take a long time.
- Easier to apply to a job for applicants.

- iCIMS Talent Cloud, Workable and Bamboo
Greenhouse was slightly more expensive, but the recruiting team really liked the ability to capture a resume via phone/tablet while at recruiting events, integration into LinkedIn and other job boards (Glassdoor, Indeed, etc), ability to add notes and set reminders for applicants, mobile app, Gmail sync, and interview scheduling.
