Overall Satisfaction with greytHR

greytHR is being used by our organization not only by a specific department but across the whole organization. This software has been used in our organization to manage payroll-related activities for all employees. This reduced many hassles which are faced by the accounting and HR departments in terms of employee payroll management.

  • Overall UI needs to be worked on, it looks outdated
  • WFH option for employee attendance
  • Add location data in attendance
  • Saved hours and hours of time in payroll management
  • Providing leaves and maintaining attendance is easier

The first major advantage of greytHR over Zoho People is the price. The amount of money being spent for all employees to maintain their info in greytHR is quite good and affordable when compared to its alternatives. Also, greytHR seems to be developed by taking all the different companies into account and gave features that are useful for all types of companies.

2. Since a mobile app is provided, it is easier to manage attendance.
3. Easily manage all tax-related documentation.
