Overall Satisfaction with GRIN

I use GRIN daily to check on influencer revenue, impressions/engagements, download content, keep track of monthly KPIs, search for new influencers, and more. GRIN ensures that I have fewer tabs open on my computer. When I transitioned to my new role at a different company, I was using endless Excel spreadsheets, Shopify, Instagram analytics, and TikTok analytics to keep costs down at our start-up in order to keep track of everything. It felt extremely hectic and unlike what I was used to with GRIN. Thankfully my boss was more than convinced to switch to GRIN when she saw how much it made my workday easier and less stressful.

  • Influential Customers segment to find potential influencers who already know and love the brand.
  • Exceptional customer support & constant communication with their customers/community.
  • A mobile app would change my life.
  • Our influencer program went from profiting $0 to over $10k in a matter of 4 months when switching over to GRIN.
  • Our average ROAS since starting the program has been around 13.31 (sales generated/total cost).
  • Impressions since April 1st are at 120 million.
I was looking around at Dovetale, which connected with Shopify, and although it may be an easy connection because it's within the Shopify website, it isn't as user-friendly. It also doesn't offer the same hands-on experience from the GRIN team, 24/7 customer support, or bi-weekly calls with your direct contact. It just doesn't feel like it's worth it to me for the "convenience."

GRIN is extremely useful for scaling a successful influencer marketing program. If you want to work with the big dogs, you need to be a big dog! If a brand approaches a large influencer with spreadsheets and no campaigns, it just wouldn't work and would come off to the creator as unorganized. Most influencers have used GRIN before, and if they haven't, then I'd be extremely surprised.

If you're looking to have no more than 25 influencers, maybe it's not for you. OR if you only sell B2C. Otherwise, I can't see why GRIN wouldn't be a huge plus for any brand.
