Overall Satisfaction with Groove
It is used by the Sales organization, three different product groups. We use it mostly to track emails back to our CRM (Salesforce).
- I've never had issues with it tracking back to the CRM... maybe once but the Customer Service team was great in getting it to reset.
- The Scheduling tool is fantastic so that you can set emails to be delivered in the future, this is great if you are someone that doesn't work traditional hours.
- I wish this had a feature similar to ToutApp, where in the CRM you could see that someone had clicked on an email and opened it.
- Groove's flow isn't the easiest to navigate.
- I'm sure it has had a positive ROI on the Sales org but I'm not sure how to quantify that.
- It keeps everyone organized and on the same page especially when accounts are moved around.
This is better than Tout in terms of logging emails and tasks in Salesforce. The only thing better about Tout is seeing when emails are clicked/opened by clients.
