Overall Satisfaction with Groove

It has helped my team adopt using Groove more often. It is a great tool to multiply your voice and cast a wide net for outbound communication. We have used it to try to uncover sales opportunities inside of an account but also leverage it all the time to communicate information out to different stakeholders in a mass fashion rather than using BCCs or mass emails.
  • Segment and create lists based on communication paths.
  • Tags everything back to Salesforce.
  • Integrated, and shows you analytics of email sends and opens/clicks.
  • Do not understand the teaming functions/workspaces
  • People can be in more then one groove across the org, I would like visibility into that so theres minimal overlap
  • I have uncovered solid leads through groove.
  • Do not have insight into firm ROI.
  • We do not have 100% adoption, which I think might be a negative for some teams.
I have not used alternatives, except Mailchimp, which really accomplishes a different objective. I would not consider them competitors.

I use Groove to uncover potential decision-makers in my account. Since I manage accounts with 100s if not 1,000s of people, finding the right manager or branch is difficult to keep track of in Gmail. This way, I can see by list who responds and who is the right contact. They are not lost in my Gmail or CRM.
