Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is used by sales for outbound and efficiencies. Now we have the ability to add and remove users directly from Salesforce. This can be done in bulk using reports or one at a time directly in the contact record. Groove is used both by AE's/sales and SDRs. Previously I used a plugin that wasn't Salesforce native.
  • Map to SFDC
  • Log activity
  • Send emails
  • Load time
  • Auto format color/text (turn this off)
  • Pull "," and "inc" from companies and fields (turn this off)
  • Scale outreach
  • Scale LI
  • Easy reporting
  • Increased Response rate
It was out of my control. I'm a Yesware fan, but it lacks (or it used to lack) good Salesforce integration.

I would say Groove is the best common bulk outreach tool if you use Salesforce. You can easily send from contact records or Salesforce reports.

I wish there were a way to tie into Zoominfo and automatically or easily add to flows when you add contacts in Zoominfo.

Do you think Groove, a Clari company delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Groove, a Clari company's feature set?

Yes

Did Groove, a Clari company live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Groove, a Clari company go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Groove, a Clari company again?

Yes

It's well suited for a large volume of outbound emails, quick activity logging, activity insights, quick reports, LI navigator, and contact mapping.

Less well suited for quick load times, executives sending few emails or having an assistant sending emails on their behalf.

I would say that strongest standouts are the Salesforce integration and the Chrome plugin. They work almost seamlessly all the time.
