Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We are an education company providing Certificate-based training in Sales. Our Admissions team is a high-volume outbound sales organization, recruiting students to enroll in our courses. We use Groove as our interface with Salesforce to help manage lead volumes, call activity, and to ensure that we are thoroughly and consistently working all sales leads.

  • Allow prerecorded voice mail drops without having to use bridge dialing through your mobile phone.

  • Groove Dialer, which makes calling fast and efficient.

It's easy to use, easy to learn, and pretty intuitive. With a minimum of training, reps are able to quickly learn and become proficient at Groove, allowing them to become agile and productive in a much shorter time frame than would otherwise be expected. Groove University is easy to access as well, and a great resource for finding out how to do things.
Personally, as a sales manager, I would guess that Groove's automation has saved me at least 5-10 hours each week through automating CRM activity, lead tracking, and activity tracking. When we implemented Groove 4 months ago in my organization, we immediately saw a 20% improvement in the productivity of our reps, realized simply through these efficiency gains.

Scenarios, where Groove is particularly well suited, are situations like mine: where you're in a high-volume sales environment and rep efficiency is paramount in calling and reaching as many customers as possible. It brings a high degree of efficiency and allows reps to manage large queues without spending a lot of time actively managing the queue itself.

Groove would seem to be less well-suited to complex, enterprise sales, where there is a greater need to manage leads directly in the CRM, where a simplified interface would not be sufficient to capture everything you need to know about a customer or clients.
