Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove to track engagement related to external communication with clients and prospects, as well as internal company information. We also use Groove to create and manage email templates that are easily integrated with Gmail. The integration with Salesforce is really valuable for tracking and organizational purposes.
  • Tracking outgoing emails.
  • Email template creation and flow.
  • Syncing email correspondence with Salesforce.
  • Flows could be set up to be a bit more user-friendly. It would be great if it was easier to add campaigns to a flow.

  • Narrow down "engaged" prospects.
  • Easy visibility and syncing with Salesforce. Follow-ups are scheduled so less falls through the cracks.
There are some things in flows that could be updated for ease of use. Searching for campaigns to add to a flow is one example. The picklist for the fields isn't in alphabetical order.

Their was a bug with our integration with Salesforce so our AE was able to get us on a call with the developer and troubleshoot.
