Overall Satisfaction with Groove
My organization uses Groove for prospecting. This allows emails to be sent automatically to multiple prospects at a time, and it solves the issue of having to manually select prospects. For example, we will pull a report from Salesforce, and put the same people in that report in a flow in Groove. It automatically can import the people from the report, saving so much time.
- Shows when an email is read or if they clicked on a link.
- Makes it easy to nurture contacts/prospects.
- You can add in call steps and the groove dialer is easy to navigate.
- Integrates seamlessly with Salesforce.
- New Groove Dialer, I hate that it's not a part of the webpage anymore.
- Easier to integrate your calendar and do something like Calendly.
