Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove allows us to track all of the email communications with our contacts, create contacts (with the integrations with Salesforce) and send personalized email flows. It creates many efficiencies and saves time from our CSMs having to send personalized emails to each contact.
  • Send and track emails.
  • Send personalized emails on a specific cadence.
  • Integrate with Salesforce where our data is captured and measured.
  • Logging in as another user (to send emails on their behalf) can sometimes be clunky and take time.
  • Support to answer questions is not super easy and takes time.
  • Sending personalized emails in bulk when pulling from a SF report.
  • Creating contacts.
  • Tracking communication in SF.
  • Increased productivity.
  • Increased customer relationships.
  • Increased customer adoption.
Groove is very clean and fairly easy to set up. It would be nice to have more tool tips to help explain steps or actions that will happen when a flow is created.

The CSM I met with provided a lot of great info and resources. The product has helped create efficiencies to engage with our contacts and send and track personalized emails.
