Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove to organize my outreach & workflow. By importing all of my contacts into specific flows, I know when to reach out to prospects & the proper messaging to use for them. It helps my organization, time management, and quality of work. I Use groove every day to make around 80 emails/phone calls per day.
  • Organization
  • Ease of Use.
  • Ability to collaborate with other teammates.
  • Integration with Salesforce can be funky sometimes.
  • Importing contacts from account lists can take longer than I want.
  • More effective way to organize templates.
  • Flows
  • Templates
  • Steps each day in flows.
  • Increased productivity.
  • Tracking metrics of how effective messaging/subject lines are.
  • Increased open rate.
  • More activity per day.
  • More meetings booked.
It is super easy to use. Only took me a few days to get the hang of it. Very user-friendly and laid out simply.
8 hours. By doing the leg work ahead of time & having all my contacts in one place, it eliminates the burden of sifting back and forth between Salesforce contacts & Gmail.
I like groove much better. I find it more robust and gives you the ability to tailor messaging more. I think groove is better for sales & HubSpot is better for marketing.

Yes

Did implementation of Groove go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Groove again?

Well Suited: Business development rep or AE that has hundreds of contacts to reach out to. Needs organization & a streamlined approach to outreach. This saves time because salesforce is not user-friendly. Not as appropriate: People who may have fewer contacts to manage.
