Overall Satisfaction with Groove
We use Groove to automate our Business Development process and streamline how we reach out to new prospects and clients we already support. Being able to put clients into a Flow and just click thru to send the emails really helps cut out the time that would normally be spent creating each email individually.

- Adding prospects to a flow - I think you can only do one by one right now
- sharing flows with your team - wish you could share them with various teams
- Ease of use
- Integration with Salesforce and Zoominfo
