Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Business Development - use to see who does and doesn't engage with content in emails. That way, I can ultimately choose where to spend my time and know who is worth reaching out to or not. The email tracking tool is critical for new business development and also for watching development of existing opportunities.

Easy to use interface with very minimal clicking. It's easy to get from A to B when focusing on the main tasks which I use the platform for. Also allows me to easily delegate tasks to my SDR and allows them to easily navigate the platform and pick up on outstanding activities as well.

Well suited - email tracking. Allows me to determine where to best spend my time, based on who opens emails most frequently after a meeting or when they ask me to send over important information. Less appropriate - automation. This isn't specific to Groove, but just in automation for business development in general.
