Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove across the board. I use it for creating templates and also for tracking emails sent on a weekly basis. We run Spiffs between the CSMs and track this in Groove itself. The product has addressed a few issues for me, mainly being able to track open rates and response rates on email, to understand how successful a campaign has gone.

  • Ability to plug in an account list, however I am sure this is possible and I am missing that on my side.

Super easy to use and navigate. The booking a call feature is also super easy to set up. Someone that has little experience with Groove can pick it up in a few hours. No need for training tutorials.

Groove is well suited for individuals or teams that have a large account load. Being able to create templates and standardized emails that can go out at any time, really allows you to have more control over the normal day-to-day side of things. I would recommend Groove 100%
