Overall Satisfaction with Groove

As an organization we use Groove to help with organization and the increase of prospecting efforts within our sales team. Our primary uses are reaching out to prospects weather it is cold out reach or for industry events it allows us to stay focused on a specific prospecting effort while increasing our overall activity over time. It has been very helpful to allow us to track all of our activities within Salesforce across the company.

Groove is very easy to use. Early on it can be a lot to understand and become familiar with but they do have great resources like Groove university to help you get up to speed as fast as possible. Once you feel comfortable it is very easy to use everyday. The way it communicates with other softwares makes my day so much easier.
Groove is the first product of it kind that I have used. But from what i hear from my coleges it is miles ahead of the competition based on easy of use and Salesforce integration.

Groove is best suited for prospecting. It allows our team to build out our accounts very quickly and move them into a prospecting flows. Allowing us to automate and track our entire prospecting efforts and tracking the performance of our out reach.
