Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove to communicate with clients. I work with thousands of different people on different accounts and without Groove, I wouldn't be able to manage my communications, know specifically which type of outreach is appropriate, or keep track of when I last emailed or called a client.
Pros
- Organization
- Help me with my personal time management
- Keeps me on track
Cons
- Could be clearer on what the warning signs mean--i.e. the red highlights some messages get or the blue no entry box, etc.
- Sometimes is difficult to navigate through shared and archived and all the different kinds of flows
- Copying a flow can be a real pain at times as well

- Groove tracks how many people I reach out to in a week, a metric that my management likes to see
- Groove measures my percentage of tasks accomplished on time, another metric my management is watching and appreciates
