Overall Satisfaction with Groove

My team needs a sales enablement platform other than Salesforce to stay afloat because we reach out to many people every week or month. I use Groove to keep my prospecting and my teams prospecting activities organized, create and facilitate outbound marketing campaigns, and analyze campaign and team mate performance.

There really are no problems with Groove, its super user friendly. I wish there was a better user experience in their Analytics page.
Groove does not replace Salesforce, but they work super well together if you have both.

This is well suited for sales development teams because of the high volume of touchpoints and contacts that SDRs make every day. It's a great tool to make sure all prospects stay on your radar and we can easily measure success. It would be less appropriate for a account executive position because Groove allows users to avoid personalizing each email.
