Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Industry analysis, track outreaches to prospects and clients, organize data instead of using excel spreadsheets, and helping me keep track of when I need to reach out to clients by using flows.
  • Flows! This helps me organize clients and prospects by industry/category. I can also select talk tracks/email templates which save me a TON of time.
  • Spaces. I use this to organize all my data. Instead of using Excel or the original source of the data, this helps me keep everything organized and allows me to take notes, view progress, etc.
  • Email tracker! My favorite feature in Groove. Allows me to gauge a client's interest because I can see when, where and how many times they view the information I send.
  • Set up process - Groove was confusing to set up. Once I set it up, there weren’t any clear instructions on how to use Groove and the benefits of it.

It’s a little confusing to set up and understand the full capabilities at first. Often, I found myself reverting back to my old technology because I didn’t have the time to learn how Groove worked. However, once I took the time to learn the features and tools of Groove, I learned how much time it would save me!
Groove is the only tool I’ve used that has these features.

I used the flow feature and added a couple of clients to an email flow. The flow will automatically send another email if the client hasn’t viewed the original email. I had a client respond back to the second auto email asking to set a meeting. With 300+ clients, it’s hard for me to remember when I need to follow up/send another email. Having a system that reaches out to clients for you is a huge time saver!
