Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I currently use Groove to prospect via email, track my email opens, schedule meetings and track my activity. The Groove functionality that is most beneficial to me is the fact that it is integrated with Salesforce so I can easily see my previous communication with my clients.

  • Sometimes a call will not get logged if the data is 100% perfect in Salesforce

  • Greater customer outreach

I think Groove is a very useful tool to both communicate with clients and ensure you're staying on top of outreach
