Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove has improved the quality of work of employees like me. It is a great tool for Salesforce integration. It logs automatically all the activities done related to the customer/client's profile like calling them and sending an email. It also shows us how many times the email has been viewed so allowing us to count how many clients have been reached.

  • I wish we could see those names who have viewed the email already and who have not yet
  • In meeting scheduler, it would be better if there is a portion there to put a specific number for callback
  • filter for emails which are not viewed yet by the clients

There is nothing to dislike about Groove. If I would have to choose between Groove and other tools, I would still choose Groove. It definitely improved the quality of work we do and the quality of service that we could cater as well to our clients. It tracks all the activities related to the customer's profile and account and that made our lives better.

I could say that Groove really aims for the real time updates for the user. It pings me right away when someone views my email, and not only that, it also shows me how many times it has been viewed. I had this client once, he was not interested to proceed but after a few hours, my Groove add on has been pinging me for a few times already. So I checked in on him, turned out he changed his mind and I was able to close the sale.
