Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove has improved the quality of work of employees like me. It is a great tool for Salesforce integration. It logs automatically all the activities done related to the customer/client's profile like calling them and sending an email. It also shows us how many times the email has been viewed so allowing us to count how many clients have been reached.

- In meeting scheduler, it would be better if there is a portion there to put a specific number for callback
