Overall Satisfaction with Groove

What I love about Groove in our organization is it makes my job more efficient and more easier. Groove allows me to finish consuming tasks such as email logging, outbound call logging, activity capture, and meeting scheduling without data latency or sync errors on a timely manner. I think above all though, the customer support at Groove is best. Friendly staff, and extremely responsive. Big kudos to the staff at Groove.

  • Customer service sometimes is hard to reach
  • Some of it's features causes delay on my PC
  • More tutorials provided on how to set up Groove according to best practices with the top phone solutions like Zoom Phone

  • It makes me more efficient when it comes to finishing my tasks
  • Revenue is increasing from time to time
  • More clients are joining the company because of it's good image
I will give Groove a 10, The best part about Groove is having the flow function is a significant time saver for organizing and sending the same email to multiple people. We also value the calendar function. Adding specific times to an email helps us book meetings. I also love sending emails to hundreds of people at one time so I don't need to copy and paste my email 10000 over and over again. I also like how it connects to Salesforce so I never have to go back and forth.
I will select Groove because this is the best tool I have ever used on my entire work experience, Making my job more easier and giving me extra time for myself to relax. The most helpful thing about Groove is that me and my team can all learn from each other and grow our prospecting. We can analyse the most impactful flows, steps and templates and replicate them

It can provide granular data insights about the performance of our sales outreach campaigns. It allows us to track, edit and adapt as we go and we are also able to tell exactly if all the hard work we put into these campaigns is paying off or not. I would definitely recommend Groove to anyone I know.
