Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I used Groove to communicate with my customer or client thru email because sometimes, when we are trying to call them, and they don't have enough time to stay longer on their phone using Groove, we can still communicate with them and still have a chance to convert or having sales.

Because Groove has a very good or large impact on our sales and in my opinion as a salesperson we want to help our job to reach more sales or hit our goal using Groove without calling them still we can communicate with them and also Groove helps us to monitor our sales.
I selected Groove as the best application for our daily job since it gives us a lot of help when we can't reach our client by phone calls and also helps us to monitor our emails, meeting schedule, updates, and client meetings and the very important is we can monitor our sales.

For me, Groove is a big impact or effect on my sales. Without Groove, we cant reach our quota since some of my clients is to busy to talk or don't have enough time to have a meeting or discussion since they are too busy as well but using Groove we can still connect with them.
