We use Groove to automate and track outreach efforts. We reach out to numerous accounts, and keeping track of this manually would be overwhelming. Groove allows us to add contacts from our accounts to a flow that we can customize and review data to see how well it performs. This provides greater insight into what outreach efforts are working instead of guessing what works.

- Ability to remove contacts from flow midway through if you identified as "not interested", "client", "no longer works at company".
- Being able to pause flows on home page instead of having to go into settings.
- Taking notes in Groove Omnibar are sometimes lost/erased or saved in another location.
