Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove every single day! Groove improves my workday functions massively. It allows me to be more efficient and consistent in my communications to customers. I also enjoy using the analytics features to see how engaging my communications are and which communications are useful or not. I am frequently grateful for the service Groove provides.

Groove is very user friendly. The few times that I have had a question or issue, I turn to the customer service chat feature. Each representative I have worked with is quick to respond and diligently works to provide an answer or solution.
