Overall Satisfaction with Guru
We LOVE Guru. It has changed the way we think about knowledge management. We've found so many ways to use it and are loving all of the updates that have come down the pipeline over the last year. The AI integration is HUGE. Our employees can ask a question and Guru answers the question and cites our sources. We went from having documentation scattered all over the place to having 5 beautiful, clear collections that make it easy for our team members to find exactly what they're looking for without the hassle.

We looked into quite a few softwares before choosing Guru, but I can't recall all of the names. They became ancient history as soon as we met the Guru team and jumped into trying it out. We are a tech savvy team, so we loved that we had a lot of control in how we set up the structure. We did not have a knowledgebase before Guru, so we were starting from scratch. Guru helped us understand what we needed and we're using it way more than we thought we would in the beginning.
